RENTALS
The main level which includes four large spaces/rooms (not including museum areas) may be rented for private functions. The home can be used for special events and gatherings. It is a popular place for weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, reunions, picnics, recitals, and other similar type events.

The entry way can be decorated and used for special events and weddings.
LIVING ROOM
With theatre-style seating for up to 50, this section is perfect for banquets, wedding receptions, and other table appropriate events can be accommodated as well as performance arts, lecture, seminar, weddings and even church services.
DINING ROOM
The dining room at Marland Grand Home is a great location for fancy dining, tea parties, events with buffet-style food and more.
KITCHEN
The renovated kitchen area has all you will need for the preparation of refreshments for your quests. A large sink with goose neck spicket and under the counter dishwasher saves time and we have a garbage disposal as well. A large capacity refrigerator/freezer combination keeps perishables fresh. The warming draw keeps food hot and the microwave is there for quick heating. Conveniently placed ice maker and wine cooler provides ready access for servers.
SUNROOM
The sun room can be setup for additional seating and meal serving.
FURNISHED DRESSING SPACE
This space is ideal for wardrobe changes, makeup, photos with bridesmaids and more!
OUTDOOR TERRACE
With space for up to 150 with theatre-style seating, our outdoor terrace will make your outdoor event complete or you're welcome to use this space for overflow for your indoor event.

"Keep It Simple and Sweet" at the Marland Grand Home with up to 125 guests. The Grand Home features an outdoor terrace which provides for overflow entertainment or an outdoor wedding venue, a furnished dressing space for the bride and bridesmaids, the formal living room with a grand piano and theatre-style seating for up to 50 guests, formal dining room space with serving tables and buffets (linens not provided), (15) card tables with black chairs (linens not included), sterling silver punch bowl and ladle, glass punch bowl, cups and plates, sterling silver serving trays, serving kitchen and butler pantry for caterer use, adequate parking space and indoor wedding set up and take down.
